The Town of Pendleton is dedicated to delivering responsive and transparent service to our residents, businesses, and employees. This portal provides a one-stop location for submitting requests, reporting issues, and obtaining assistance across all Town departments — including Electric, Parks, Planning, Clerk-Treasurer, and Administration.
To improve communication and accountability, all requests are tracked through our ticketing system. Each submission is assigned a unique ticket number that allows you to monitor progress, view updates, and receive timely responses. You can also access a full history of your current and past requests.
